About the Role
As a Sales Associate, located in Lakeway, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for building relationships, delivering an exceptional experience, and selling memberships & retail products. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. We believe in career development, and top performers in this role will have the opportunity to advance into management. This position is also eligible to receive tips.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
- Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
- Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for dogs
- Drive membership & retail product sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Who We’re Looking For
- A passion for dog wellness and safety
- Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationships
- Proactive and coachable, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions
- Retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience is a plus
